To whom it may concern,   My wife Kathy and I have lived in our home for five years, and despite how much we love our home, we are always looking for ways to improve it. Since our house was built in 1950, before the term “energy efficiency ” was coined, we’ve had to endure cold winter drafts and summer air conditioning loss. Our old single pane sash windows had to go.   This point was driven home when we realized that the draftiest room was to be the nursery for our first child.
